Alterations to the existing residence have captured the picturesque ocean views shared across all three levels of this newly crafted home.

This project incorporated sustainable practices by adapting much of the existing fabric into the new development. The home now enjoys natural cross ventilation, solar shading from external adjustable screens and deep verandahs and its landscape is supported by extensive rain water catchment, on-site detention, and energy collected by solar panels.

Amuheat’s contribution to the warm and functional family home includes electric in-tile adhesive floor heating & electric under carpet floor heating throughout the homes living rooms and bedrooms, with careful consideration to zoning and the inclusion of smart controls integrated with the home automation system, for accurate comfort control of each space as required.
