With solar acting as the primary heat source during winter, comfort heat is radiated into spaces from hydronic heated concrete floors and designer hydronic radiator panels to rooms with timber flooring.

This luxurious architectural home won the 2014 Waverley Design Award. The judging panel included two external judges, Sam Crawford and Ian Stapleton, as well as the Mayor of Waverley, Cr Sally Betts, Cr Ingrid Strewe, Cr Angela Burrill and Council’s Director of Planning and Environmental Services, Peter Monks.
