The 28 storey PCA A-Grade commercial tower in Parramatta with ground floor retail, end of trip facilities, public domain and laneway works is a result of the GPT Group’s vision to create Parramatta’s smartest building that provides a compelling urban response to the surrounding context and is emblematic of Parramatta’s Smart City Vision. The building was designed to reduce energy and water consumption and was designed to feature a ground level ‘urban room’ event space, an elevated podium terrace with river views and a tree covered sky deck as well as floor to ceiling windows to optimise natural light.
