Carpet Floor Heating System

Purposely designed for under carpet with a quick heating response time, the 2mm thin under carpet heating panel is installed on the underlay directly beneath the carpet - perfect for retrofit and/or renovations as there are no screeds raising floor levels.

An extensive range of shapes and sizes allows flexibility for a range of room sizes and unlimited furniture layouts.

Technical



Laminate Panel Carpet Floor HeatingApplication: Direct & background 2mm heating panel for installation between carpet and underlay.
Laminate Panel Construction: Pre-measured heating element sandwiched between re-inforced aluminium foil. The heating element connects to a 6m length cold lead which exists the heat mat from one corner.
Heating Element: 2mm Self regulating twin heating conductor insulated with Teflon.
Voltage: 230 Volt AC
Output Power: From 140W/m²
Control: Programmable room with floor limiting sensor control
Safety: IEC60335 compliant and wired into an earthed power supply connected through a RCD circuit.
Approvals: SEMKO certified

Installation



Under Carpet
Installing Amuheat Laminate Panel 14 is easy and no special tools are required. Simply unroll and unfold the heating mat and position on the carpet underlay. The heat mat cold tail lead is recessed in a channel cut out of the underlay running back to the thermostat.

Suitable for retrofit installations and connection directly into standard GPO connected to a RCD circuit.
